USA - Free Shipping on all Domestic orders over $90. All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. All orders come with tracking. All orders ship within 5 days of placement and delivery takes 3-6 days depending on where you live. Most of the time your order will get to you within 5 business days of placing your order. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all of these claims must made with USPS.
International - All orders ship via USPS International. All orders ship within 5 days of placement and delivery takes 7-15 days depending on where you live. Additional duties may apply to your package once it has entered your country, Maketto is not responsible for these additional fees. Customs law differs from country to country, so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all of these claims must be made with the shipping carrier.
We accept returns and exchanges on items purchased through our online store for 15 days after you receive your order. Please notify us about an exchange within 15 days after order date by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and explaining your request.
1. We do not accept Refunds/Returns/Exchanges on Sale or Discount items.
2. We do not accept Refunds on Ticketed events.
You must do the following to ensure proper and prompt service:
* Return the item in its original form (unworn and all original tags attached) with a copy of the original receipt. ( We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise if it is lacking sufficient information or if it appears to have been worn or used. )
* Include a note explaining what you want to do...exchange or refund.
* Ship the merchandise back to our warehouse with "Attn: Returns & Exchanges" on the address.
